Hi, I’m Olivia. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering in-person therapy to adult individuals and couples in Muskoka, and virtually across Ontario.
I specialize in supporting clients to explore and expand what is possible in relationship with self and with others, and all the ways we are trying to do things differently than how they have been done before.

Therapy for individuals is client-led. I will never tell you what is the right or wrong way of navigating this process. I will work to hold all the pieces of your story so we can work to notice, and explore which old ways of doing things aren’t working anymore, and what might be possible moving forward.

We are all longing for connection. Reaching for support in our most intimate relationships is so vulnerable. Reaching also holds incredible potential for growth and building that desired connection. My work with couples seeks to explore the ways each partner is longing to be seen and heard, and how our old ways of doing things may be holding us back from what is possible.

In-person services are available to individuals and couples in Muskoka. Virtual services are available to individuals and couples across Ontario.
For those who have the option, choosing whether to come in-person is up to the client(s). There are benefits and drawbacks to each.
With in-person therapy, there is something special in sharing physical space. There are less distractions, and having the designated space, and commute can help in getting in and out of the therapeutic mindset.
While virtual therapy doesn’t quite capture the same experience as in-person, virtual therapy sessions are an extremely effective method of doing therapy work.
The benefits of virtual therapy are being able to access sessions from the comfort of your own space, and potentially more flexibility in scheduling.
